Obviously he must have a successful US/Canada business.
If he's selling that much, then he can afford some help.

In business (especially as he's well covered with postage charges) every sale counts.

Did Amazon comply?
Because if they did, then what right do Moviemars and the like have to sell the same titles as you?

You want to know why?
Because the greedy corporation bastards known as Amazon make a couple of quid from you or I,whereas Moviemars or AYM,they make tens of thousands from weekly in selling fees alone.
Corporation greed will always shit on the wee guy mate.

What was actually said, out of interest? Were any other titles mentioned? I assume this was in the private Code Red Facebook group?

I can't imagine it's anything to do with Arrow, as their release went out of print, and they claim to have lost the rights (it was requested as a BD upgrade on their Facebook page). It would be a bit of a double standard too, Arrow don't seem to have any qualms about selling their region locked releases to the US via their own website, so I can't imagine it's anything with them.

I was told by someone on Facebook that Arrow had to stop selling there disc due to a rights issue (they messaged Arrow to ask why it had went OOP).

Bill limits his buying market even more...

Quote:
Another DVD label and the rights owner of Horror film received a registered letter from German high court over the sale of that horror film (BLU) to one German individual, as the movie was BANNED in Germany in 1982. DVD Label never sold this Blu to this man nor did USA DVD LABEL have German rights. Most likely this person bought it off Amazon or some other site and the German high court is pointing their finger to a US DVD label and its rights owner who has nothing to do with this. This could be a sick prank by another DVD label, but using the German court as a joke isn't funny. CODE RED’s lawyer strongly warns that any film BANNED in any country should not be shipped outside of the USA/CANADA, which means any Video Nasty film that was ever BANNED will no longer be shipped outside of North America. Sorry for this, but one rotten apple killed the spreading of exploitation movies across the world. This also means I can not sell these horror film 3rd party sellers.

That's just insane. So because Nightmares In a Damaged Brain (Nightmare) was banned in the UK at one point, he will refuse to sell it to the UK, and he'll refuse to sell it to a 3rd party seller such as Diabolik?

A ludicrous attitude.

Wonder what his thoughts are towards films that weren't even certified in other countries?
