Apparently (and with Bill you never know how true some of his statements are) he's blocked them from buying the UK rights to The Forest by buying up the worldwide rights just so they can't release it over here - and then went on to brag about it of course.

If there's any truth to it then it's a really low move as I'd love a UK Blu of The Forest.

I liked both your posts Stephen and B_E purely for the total insanity and stupidity of CR Bill.

Someone so childish and peevish in his actions it belies belief.

He can't have writing / reading difficulties otherwise he'd never be able to do the deals for movies he makes including stopping rights usage for other countries. He sounds like he's the Blofeld of his own peculiar world to me.

Why would Bill have to suggest other labels are releasing shit and then come out with this film? Is it his sense of irony coming to the fore again?

The trailer is on Grindhouse Trailers vol 3 from Nucleus. It does not grab your attention at all. The best thing about it is the above poster IMO.
