Well actually Bill messed up some of the international packages (mine included), they never left the US and were sent back to him. according to him "the postage was no good" and it was paypal's fault...
he then went on a mean rant on Facebook about stopping international shipping again cause he is "annoyed" by getting emails from customers asking "annoying" questions and he has no time to "babysit"
he was talking about 12 packages and 6 customers as far as i remember.
that post was deleted a few hours later.
i myself waited for 2 weeks, then asked politely if he'll be sending it again. never got an answer to this and therefor had to use paypal claim, just to get an answer.
don't know about other people, but i didn't reverse the payment.

as for SAE, the recorded delivery option was added again by their nice customer service lady after i asked her about it, cause their policy is:
"you are only entitled to a replacement if you choose recorded delivery"
however, their standard shipping isn't, so if something is lost, you are screwed.

Well I've never had anything not arrive from SAE using the non-insured shipping, so I'm not happy about having to now pay an extra £10 for something I don't need or want, so they've just lost a customer.

Screen archives is an optional extra charge worth taking. I have had one parcel go missing somewhere in New York, had I not taken the extra cost of postage then I would have been royally screwed.
(its worth noting here that SAE T&C on this are technically illegal under UK law and as the goods are ordered from a PC in the UK the argument might hold water with a credit card company.)
As someone who sells online there are people out there in the uk and overseas who actually do make a habit of opening disputes and claiming refunds on every order they make. Personally I have no problems with a fair price to send something tracked and recorded. When stuff goes like this you can submit the tracking number to paypal and the dispute will usually go in the sellers favour if they can establish delivery like this.
As an advisor in some instances I have actually advised sellers to consider small claims proceedings under BOC. Submit the evidence in front of a judge and if the judge finds in the sellers favour then the customer gets a CCJ on their record and their credit is f***d for years. It has even worked as I had an ebay customer who had this happen, their mortgage fell through.

I guess I'm just lucky then as The Love Butcher turned up today.

Bill can be a .....awkward individual with a limited grasp of the English language, granted, but he does make me laugh sometimes! It can be a bitch to get some titles but that's half the fun, is it not? The hunt.

I've never seen that.

Is it any good? Well good as in as good as it can be for a film which stars Jon Mikl Thor.
