True...but the Quatermass Blu and Eureka's Paranoiac Blu are a step in the right direction... Network's Countess Dracula is a good disc as well, some nice extras on that one including a whole episode of Thriller starring Ingrid Pitt... Still Warners should be doing something with Dracula for Blu-Ray...

Tell me about it. 'A Challenge for Robin Hood' is an English film, about an English hero, only available on DVD in Germany and Spain...

Obviously as a serial DVD importer this doesn't really bother me, but it is disappointing that a lot of less internet savvy Hammer fans in Britain will never get to see this and many other Hammer films.

Challenge For Robin Hood has been available here for a while on dvd (MEN OF SHERWOOD FOREST is another matter):-
A Challenge For Robin Hood, [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Film & TV
But real fans should pick up the KOCH MEDIA Hammer discs which are superb with beautiful original poster cover art & can be picked up for about £8.00 each from GROOVES INC (Free P & P if you spend about £18.00 in total)
Link to their dvd release of CAPTAIN CLEGG below:-
Patrick Peter Cushing Allen - Die Bande Des Captain Clegg - Koch Media Gmbh - Dvd DVD-Video Album GROOVES-INC.
Some sellers are wanting over £20.00 each for some of the Hammer dvds on their site.I recommend getting them here though I think Brides Of Dracula,Evil Of Frankenstein and Curse Of The Werewolf are only available now in this 2011 boxset below though the slimline cases have lovely reversable sleeves with cracking artwork:-

I had to get the excellent KISS OF THE VAMPIRE from elsewhere as it seems to be OOP & is unavailable on the site.
Wes likes this.

Just got back from work to find these on the doormat.

And these two have just been dispatched by Amazon.

And I'll be putting an order in for this one soon.

I haven't had a chance to check out what the prints are like yet, but they are nice packages with good quality booklets with some nice pictures and writings by Marcus Hearn.

Other than the above titles, are there any others in this series? What do people think about these releases?
