I have them as well and they are both excellent sets. |

I was just looking through the Playstation Store and Dracula AD 1972 is available on there in HD. It's the only Hammer I could find. A bit of a random one to throw up there. It was tucked in the horror section amongst those other horror classics Oceans 13 and POTC Curse Of The Black Pearl. I guess 13 and curse are auto-captured keywords then. |

I would think so. No release dates yet, so no rush I won't get rid of my Hammer dvd's though. |

This is fantastic news. Not only the fact that so many Hammer classics are to be given the Blu-ray treatment, but also the hunt for the 'lost' sequences is very intriguing. How about the cut violence from Frankenstein And The Monster From Hell, or the alternate ending that Chris Lee said was actually filmed for To The Devil A Daughter? The possibilities are endless.

Good to see they're using the original opening sequence for Plague Of The Zombies as well, which has been a bone of contention with the DVD releases. It really does sound like real effort is being put in to get these right.
