We have just received the final timeline for this release and we are very sorry to announce that this set will be delayed again as the printers need more time than they original planned to complete the final threading of the hardback books contained in set.

Due to some severe faults at the manufacturing plant, all of our copies of Stray Cat Rock: The Collection have had a 15 cert printed on them instead of the accurate 18 and some copies are also missing the collectors booklet.


To ensure that all copies are corrected, we have had to recall all of the box sets so a new sleeve can be reprinted and the booklets reinserted. Unfortunately this means that the release date has had to be pushed back to October 27th.


We can only apologise that this release has been fraught with delays and rest assured we are trying our hardest to ensure that this situation is rectified as soon as possible.

HMV had this in store today.I put it back on the shelf.
But I see Arrow still ain't shipped them...

Arrow are certainly having problems with some releases, botched pressings, problems with binding, missing footage. I hope they sort themselves out before Arrow USA makes it's debut.

On a better note though Decembers releases will be announced soon, more Bava maybe?

December releases dont you mean January's

Decembers releases, were upto Novembers releases with Nekromantik and Six Gothic Tales. Arrow usually release a few titles in December plus they must have a slew of titles to get out before Arrow USA kicks in next year. Hopefully in the next few months there'll be Five Dolls, Plant of the Vampires, possibly Nightmare City and whatever US made titles they've got.

i was joking, arrow delay everything by a month these days why not even their announcements

I think you have to e-mail Arrow direct / Sony to get a replacement due to it being a plant manufacturing error.

I thought that might be the case, but I thought Zavvi might sort it out because they have my details.
