My only issue with Zavvi is their customer service is so poor.

not my favourite as well, been screwed more than once on preorders, then they just lie and give half assed excuses why

Surely they can't be that bad with Zavvi exclusives? Not like anyone else is even selling them?

I've only ever pre ordered once with them. The Wicker Man steel. Turned up on the Saturday before release. I complained though because it only included the Final Cut and not all three versions of the film has the product description had said. Took Zavvi two days to get back to me saying they wouldn't do anything until they'd looked into it. Then they quickly changed the product description on the store. A week later they told me they were still 'looking into it'. Finally about 3 months later they sent me the extra disc without any explanation. By which time I'd already settled the matter with StudioCanal themselves.

It has been a long time since I had an issue with an order at Zavvi – the last few been problem free – but describing their customer service as "poor" is doing poor a disservice as a least poor could be worse!
