Looks like a great package. God knows why we have to the shite modern logo smeared all over it, though.
Must admit I'm mighty tempted by this! Maybe depends on the price and some reviews.
I agree it's a stupid idea to put the new logo on the cover. IF the series carries on, this logo will no doubt change again anyway. Why not use the logo from the time of the series? Also, what about possible Hartnell / Troughton seasons with missing episodes. Original soundtracks maybe?

I imagine any 60s seasons will be put off as long as possible to allow for any more possible finds or animations. Season 1, for instance, would only require Marco Polo to be found or animated, season 2 would only require 2 episodes of The Crusade, and season 6 would only require 5 eps of The Space Pirates to be complete.
Seasons 3 to 5 are a bit more of a concern, unless they know something we don't.

Are they going to do this with every season? If not it's a waste of time.

New docs on Sontaran Experiment and Revenge of the Cybermen - two of the worst Baker stories.

I can only see this of interest to those who haven't bought the dvds.
Good point, BBC did say none could be mastered to HD apart from spearhead with how it was filmed. So if you have a decent upscaler probably no point to buy.

They've missed a trick not making the episodes widescreen.
