It's there as a marketing minisode to accompany Snakedance.

Just as Defenders of Earth was a marketing minisode for The Sea Devils for the season 9 set and The Eternal Mystery was a sequel to Mindwarp for the season 22 set and so on.

This is one of the missing stories that I am most interested in

However... at best, episode 2 would come with a warning stating "attitudes and languages featured in the episode were acceptable at time of original broadcast". At worst, it would be cut / edited
