They've been filming in Phoenix, Arizona for some Collection extras according to Chris Chapman (not necessarily an immediately upcoming one).
Can't think what that could relate to. The Gunfighters, season 3?

I wonder if one of the guest actors lives out there. Somebody who was very prominent in a story?

However my guess would be like yourself, a documentary about the town of Tombstone where the gunfight at the OK Corral took place. Perhaps they've gone there with Peter Purves to see the real Tombstone. It's only a few hours from Phoenix.
