Not to my knowledge. Customs may possibly open the package but unless it contravenes UK laws on obscene material then they've no reason to confiscate it.

I just wondered if , even though it was the same film, same version, if the fact that it had no BBFC certificate made it illegal or not.
Just curious.

They may well take action if you've ordered say,20 copies!
Xploitedcinema.com warn customers in the uk that they import Cannibal Holocaust at their own risk,as quite a few have been confiscated....

Murder Set Pieces also suffered a number of seizures...not in the least surprising really.

I ordered from exploited once - and the guy was so nice & helpful via email, I know i'll shop there again.

Customs do target their packages though.. just be cautious what your going for..

The Dutch MSP is uncut (and cheap) anyway - so if anyone wanted that, order from the netherlands!

It's a great move to offer the "cut bits" for examination and comparison.

Haven't seen the "Venus" DVD yet, but I really thought the editing on NYR worked well given the cirumstances.

As much as I appreciate the "Cut Bits", let's hope no title joins them for a looooong time

Can't see any future Shameless titles being cut. Not the ones mentioned anyway. I'm hoping they are still going to release Strip Nude for Your Killer.

Not quite The Care Bears Movie is it?

Strip Nude For Your Killer was cut for cinema by the BBFC back in 79. No idea of the cuts details so it's anybody's guess if it would pass today.

There's a good review here - http://www.hysteria-lives.co.uk/hyst...our_killer.htm
