Agreed... but it wasn't axed or cancelled though, was it? Didn't David Chase just bring it to an end (and I love that final scene!) . . . ?

Thinking about it, Robin of Sherwood series 4 was all ready to go and the writers had planned on making it the final season and going out with a bang

HTV sadly wouldn't finance it so we never got a proper ending to arguably the best Robin Hood story ever made.

The main reason for me not bothering to get into Deadwood now is knowing that it finished without a proper ending . . .

Did The Sarah Connor Chronicles have a proper ending because I recently picked up both season blu rays quite cheaply but haven't actually watched them yet?

It didn't I'm afraid. Ended on a cliffhanger.

That's so annoying

Does the series makes any sense within the continuity of the films?

Just wondering if it's actually worth giving it a go.

Agreed. Plus, it's the only TV series (that I can think of) which I wish hadn't been cancelled. I really don't care for TV shows much.

I recently watched the TV feature film and enjoyed it.

I remember enjoying this series. We had the first two seasons on VHS when I was young. They ended up getting viewed quite a bit.

Eerie Indiana, that could have had a long run, but got killed. And as no one mentioned it...

Not a lot. A few references if I remember, but nothing big. Been a while since I saw it.
