Just finished the latest episode, had to wait for my teenage son to drag his arse out of bed before I watched it because I promised him we’d watch it together. Gonna be a long wait for next weeks episode, which I’m definitely gonna watch at 2am, can’t risk any spoilers for that one!

The waits are killing me between episodes just getting stuck into one and its over. Roll on the longer episodes.

I love the way the first two episodes of deftly moved people around, developed characters, and set the scene for what is going to be an astonishing battle. I was astonished to hear it took the 11 weeks to film and love the way it was entirely filmed at night, meaning the actors didn't see daylight for nearly 3 months. I hope the commitment pays off and it is as epic as the forboding, and quite moving, nature of episode two promises.

Set my alarm for 1:45am to watch episode 3, took me 2 hours to get back to sleep after, what an epic episode! Watching it again now to see what I missed first time round
