Now that Optimum have a deal with MGM, maybe just maybe they will release Abusrd. Although it will in reality never happen.Send them emails every day begging them to try and get it off MGM.

Optimum do not have a deal with MGM. Many titles are split between MGM for the US and Studio Canal for Europe.

Absurd is owned by MGM Worldwide.

It depends on the title entirely.

Either way, Absurd isn't up for grabs.

Any idea which one owns the rights to GALAXY OF TERROR?

Optimum region code all their Blu-ray titles to be Region B ONLY, which they have no need to do really. Therefore they suck, and I hope they don't release anything I really want!

Optimum's Blu Ray releases are best avoided, as they're chock full of HD fakery.
