The Stand is very epic although made in 1994 it looks incredibly dated now.

Nightmares and Dreamscapes is one of the best king adapts me thinks. The story with William Hurt and The toy soldiers is great but the best is Umey's Case with William H Macy..

I liked Crouch End, and thought it was strange that it is in fact a Dark Tower related story. Well, vaguely.

Heres the German version artwork:

Oh and it stars Michael Moriarty!
Doesn't appear on Amazon.de any more....

It won't be offered by "amazon.de", as it's been on the dreaded German "index of restricted movies" since its initial censored rental vhs run.
It'll be the easiest to order the uncut DVD from one of the various Austrian internet movie shops, most of them still stock it.

You can buy it from Amazon Reaper. Some of the sellers on there ship internationally. I'm thinking of buying a few Warner Archive discs myself, including A Return To Salem's Lot.

The Archive disc? Was it less than the roughly $30 (including postage) that the Amazon sellers are asking for?
