For some strange reason, Axel stopped sending e-mail confirmations.

Last week I made an order and received a confirmation but that wast the last one. This sunday and today I made two orders and none of them originated any confirmation e-mail. Also, by checking the status of my account I noticed that the 10 items I ordered last week were sent yesterday but Axel didn´t bother to send me any confirmation. I already sent them two e-mails asking if this was a new new policy of Axel but they didn´t replied.

Maybe they´re short on paper to send e-mails (LOL)...

Now now I ordered BEYOND THE DARKNESS from them at the end of last week and didn't get a confirmation email but just a few days before that I ordered ZOMBIE HOLOCAUST and did get one so yeah it must be a recent thing.

Glad NIGHTMARE was good, its been on my to-watch list ever since reading about it in DARKSIDE magazine in my teens, along with many other nasties

I'm not either. Strange as they sent me one for some other stuff I ordered at the same time. I checked Axel and it has shipped so hopefully I'll receive it in the next few days.

Think there is a bit of a problem with axel's email system at the moment, lots of people haven't received confirmation emails for their orders

I'm the same as most of you as I receive an e-mail confirmation not the usual step-by-step account of what's happening to each item, including shipping. Strange.
