Beast Cops if currently £1.50 and at the following CEXs (got from the website):

Bedford 1-3
Dewsbury 1-3
High Wycombe 1-3
Solihull 1-3
Sunderland 1-3

I would be wary about how up-to-date this is though... They said they had Mr Vampire @ the coventry CEX but they didn't... And I got my copy of Beast Cops from the Solihull store, so either they havn't updated the website or they have got a new copy of beast cops in stock)... And I had to ask at the counter for Beast Cops cause it wasn't out on the shelves and it turns out they didnt have the box for it!! lol. I ended up printing my own cover off the internet and sticking it in a blank DVD box.

Quite a lot of the HKL films have become collectors items now. Way over priced especially on places like ebay and Amazon. Glad I collected the lot as they were released.

If it's just the film you are after you can get the Fortune Star/Joy Sales (HK) release from www.dddhouse.com It works out around £8 to £9 after P&P.

For those who are in The US look at WALMART as some of the HK Legends stuff have ended up there quite cheap.
