Okay, just ordered this from Play.com. So replacement discs are available if necessary, yes?

Yes, just go through the procedure outlined in another thread.

I've heard back from Arrow and they can't guarantee every disc sold from arrowfilms.co.uk will be the correct version. However, the replacement programme is still up and running, so any incorrect discs can be replaced.

Thanks for that, Nos. Much appreciated. Fingers crossed I won't even need a replacement. Now that would make my Christmas!

But, if I need a replacement, no biggie. Am I bovvered?

Seriously, I have both discs and, if you are unlucky enough to receive an incorrect disc, it's more than watchable whilst you're waiting for a correct disc to arrive.

I'm not 100% sure, but I imagine the Arrow offices will be shut from tomorrow until about January 2, so no replacements will be processed during that period.

Yes, I figured that would be the case. But with Christmas post as it is, I'm not expecting it to arrive before the New Year anyway!

Much obliged, Nos and i think i'll wait until this whole sorry situation blows over entirely before ordering in confidence as i'm simply not interested in going through the replacement process if i end up buying a defective copy.
