Hmmmmmm, perhaps Sarah or Kyle can shed some light.

Are both films differently in HD? If not, it could be one BD containing Lady Snowblood and special features and a DVD with the sequel.

However, it's probably best to wait until after the bank holiday when Kyle or Sarah can definitively say what's going to be in the Steelbook and the dual format keep case.

The first post is clear enough on that...

- High Definition Blu-ray (1080p) and Standard Definition DVD presentation of both features

In the case, they are either on the same BD or separate BDs, depending on the total length of the films, soundtracks and extra features.

I suppose the only way to find out is to wait and see what Kyle or Sarah report from Arrow HQ.

Could it be something akin to my Apocalypse Now steelbook?
Just add the booklet clip's above and below the disk on the left and the booklet can slip over the first disk.

Which steelbook is that? I thought they were all only 2-disc! Tempting seeing as I still haven't bought AN but I do like all the other stuff the box comes with.

Anyway, my big fear, partially compounded by Demons being a BD-25, is that Arrow will try and cram both films and extras on one BD-50..

From Arrow´s website, on their steelbook product page:

SPECIAL FEATURES:
- Limited Edition SteelBookTM packaging
- High Definition Blu-ray (1080p) and Standard Definition DVD presentation of both features
- Reversible sleeve with original poster and newly commissioned artwork
- Collector’s booklet by Japanese cinema expert
- More special features to be announced closer to the time!

Don't they all come with one disc containing Apocalypse Now & Apocalypse Now Redux, another with Hearts of Darkness and third with the nine hours of bonus features?
