Spurred on by the topic I chose for the Top Ten Tuesdays and the subsequent discussion, I bought the book which became Vertigo and, because the seller on eBay was offering a discount if you bought two or more them, I also bought My Cousin Rachel because I want to read it before watching the film.

I wasn't over keen on My Cousin Rachel. The recent film that is. I found it really dull. I still aim to buy the early version with Richard Burton though. I expect it to be more atmospheric.

I haven't seen either film adaptation, but I also have the audiobook if I can't be bothered to read!

Turns out it's the concluding part of a trilogy, ah well I've got shitload of books before, so got plenty of time before I read it
