Enjoy ... it's never the book you remember I find ... have you read his WORD b? It's a stand alone piece that predates the book if not....

This turned up in the charity shop i help out at yesterday, so it is now mine.

A4 size which is nice but only goes up to 1993, but i'm a sucker for horror film books.

Perks of the new job are quiet periods where ive been able to get reading done. Bought and finished both of these. Roadside picnic was the basis for Tarkovskys STALKER however its clear a lot of stuff got abandoned for the film. Reading it in tandem with Zona offers a fantastic perspective on the book. Hard to be a god differs from the film but feels like a closer adaptation. The Strugatsky brothers have quickly become favourite authors of mine...
