I'm finding Euro Gothic a bit annoying. Rigby refers to the English title once then never again. Makes it impossible to dip in and out of.

This will definitely be on my Christmas list.

Kim Newman's Video Dungeon book. 320 pages.

Quote:
Ripped from the pages of "Empire" magazine, the first collection of film critic, film historian and novelist Kim Newman s reviews of the best and worst B movies. Some of the cheapest, trashiest, goriest and, occasionally, unexpectedly good films from the past 25 years are here, torn apart and stitched back together again in Kim s unique style. Everything you want to know about DTV hell is here. Enter if you dare.

It's a pretty nice book anyhow - although I disagree with quite a few of Rigby's verdicts and statements, e.g. his analysis of Fulci's The House By The Cemetery.

Is he a fan of Frezza's English dub then?

Anyhow

Found some mainstream cinema tomes in BRC. Nuffink to write about: though one has some nice horror stills. Haven't had a chance to ask if they have anything else ...like us, they have restricted space ...
