If it's the Grindhouse Releasing version, it should be region-free. Their original release was, so I'd imagine the reissue is too.
And I love how Grindhouse Releasing proclaimed that their release was limited to only 11,111 copies - and how many times have they re-released it now? A clever stunt mind, to create false demand, and I don't blame them for that. I grabbed the Limited Edition anyway, especially as I thought that that would be it after they sold out. Incidentally, at the time, several online retailers said that Cannibal Holocaust was their fastest selling pre-order to date and nearly all copies were sold out before the DVD set was even shipped out to retailers. Who said it's not a popular title?
