I just whizzed through it via the chapters, watched a bit of Marc Morris and Stephen Thrower, and recognised a clip from Broadside: A Gentleman's Agreement?, a Channel 4 TV show (and not a very good one) from 1983.

In order to review the set, I did it in a couple of marathon sittings over two days -- I won't do that next time around!

I managed to stumble across a THIRD easter egg on disk 1. Put on the documentary and as soon as it comes on press the 'previous chapter' button on your remote. You will then be treated to the uk trailer for The Anthropophagous Beast from VFPs Rings of Fear tape. Enjoy.

Got to say I quite enjoyed the documentary disk. Some good interviews on there. Easily the best of the 'video nasties' documentaries I have seen. More informative than the documentaries included on the 'box of the banned' release a while back.

The trailers disks were quite fun to watch, though I pretty much made the mistake of watching one disk in a whole sitting... Never again.

Though on the plus side had me watching a nice selection of the uncut videos for a week after. Whilst putting me clearly off some of the titles I have wanted to watch...

Loved the Doc and the trailer intros, some of the trailers are clearly better than the films in question in some cases!

Regarding Emily Booth, even though she's hot and all, having her read a synopsis of the film is a little pointless, at least the other people involved talked a bit about the film, its history or its themes, rather than a 2 minute run down of the film with 'naughty' pauses after a titillating pun lol.

Kim Newman and Patricia MacCormack were the 2 for me, I liked what they had to say, and they got the better films to talk about (Apart from Alan Jones obv...).
