The best I could guess would be Women in Cell Block 9 as one of the actress is meant to be under age. Maybe Sweet Movie too as I thought it was harmful to me!!

I might be wrong on this but I think the act refers to indecent images of underage actors as well as sexualised torture of said minor rather than what is harmful to a child if seen. Jess Franco's 'Love Letters from a Portuguese Nun' fell foul of this.

Well as already discussed Fred The Hammer had indeed endorsed the title and its theme song but even tho the dvd has a different cover than advertised they still went with the Boss title.

Sorry Biz, just seen this... another day maybe!! A question you might be able to answer for me though. Why is a horse trip/fall cut out of films but every week we can see horses falling and, quite often, breaking legs trying to jump fences deliberately made too high, on TV for our gambling addicted?

It seems a double standard that utilizes the British law on animal cruelty only when it suits those who enforce these double standards. But I guess millions of pounds gained every day from betting has more sway than a director making a film.

I hate horse racing and horse falls in films, but I guess the difference is the horses in films are tripped deliberately with the rider pulling on the 'figure of eight' wire around the horse's legs to bring down the animal, which is different to a horse failing to land without injury during a race.

As you alluded to, both are done for entertainment – I won't even go into the lengths owners will go to in order to ensure an animal races, including superglue on cracked hooves, that is well documented – but the BBFC has no remit over horse racing and animal cruelty unless it is staged for a film!

I didn't know how it was done until the guy from the BBFC talked about it at the Festival of Fantastic Films when he was asked about why historical animal violence was cut, especially when it does not occur in the UK. It's apparently how it was done in the US before the American Humane Association began monitoring film shoots, and how the stunts are done in China.
