Bought the PS4's latest Resident Evil game. Traded in a couple of things so it only cost 14 pounds for a second-hand copy. It appears to be a complete reboot and has a nice creepy atmosphere. Got stuck last night in a boss fight where you have to use a chainsaw. Will load up game tonight and see if I can persevere through it.

Died several times in a row trying to defeat him with a chainsaw. Really pissed me off no end so I'm not at all convinced that Jack is one of the best bits. lol Was really enjoying the game until this annoying boss fight, will try to defeat him again tomorrow. Apparently this game didn't sell anywhere near as well as Capcom had predicted so it will be really interesting to see what they do with Resident Evil 8. Will they ditch a fps view? Will original STARS team members return? Like I said, it'll be interesting to find out, perhaps Resident Evil 7 will just be a one-off curiousity?

Still playing Watchdogs 2 sadly i have done all the side missions and main missions absolutely love the game might splash out on the season pass its on sale for €25 at the moment.

i like the fps view it adds a new depth especially when you're walking through a narrow corridor. supposedly it's amazing on vr

Loaded up Resident Evil 7 and finally beat Jack with the chainsaw. Man that was a bitch! What really helped was a boss fight faq telling me that there was first aid hidden away in a corner of the small arena. Tough to properly investigate when you're in constant danger. Will play further through the game tonight when it's dark as it's difficult to see when playing in daylight.
