I do believe though that a film set in the Mass Effect world would make for an interesting film plot and should be a pretty good movie .
Mass Effect's so interesting it wouldn't be that hard to make the film a sucess and still stay true to the game imo .

I read that HALO was gonna be made into a film but during pre poduction there was a major disagreement and the resulting film was District 9 .

HALO is the biggest grossing franchise going , outselling many top blockbuster movies in merch, its crazy they haven't made a true game to film tie in yet.

Who do you all recon would make a good Master Chief.?......I'd go for Jason Stratham . I think he'd be a great face behind the helmet as his voice sounds cold and emotionless but can pull off witty one liners........Anybody else have a good actor for Master Chief.?.
Hi, A good choice of actor for the roll of the MASTER-CHIEF? Hmmm, hard to say off the top of my head. You say Jason S? possible...But remember the CHIEF has a very deep American accent. May have to think on this one for awhile...
HALO MOVIE: yeah, Peter Jackson of RINGS fame was connected to the HALO film, as a producer for while. Theres some really interesting live-action HALO footage on Google somewhere, from the director of DISTRICT 9. You can actually imagine what they can achieve in a HALO film, from this footage.(Check out the CGI BRUTES. Very cool.) Replica armor/ suits too...

Don't know about you, but i'm getting tired of getting my ass kicked on SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV now. Not as slick at this game as I used to be. slowing down. Was an S.F arcade King in the past. Theres some really good players out there, Red-hot S.S.F players for sure. Talented.
Out of the games new characters, I really like the French Merc, Abel.
You should check out Brit-Chick Cammy's alternate outfit too. It's a sexy rendition of the red M.Bison outfit...

It was quite good really, was playing FSX and the video card actually burnt out with sparks, smoke and everything. After putting an old card in the machine found it must have dammaged the MB as everything is running really slowly to the point that it cant be used :-(

Still now in the process of building an i7 based machine so some good has come of it!!!

Sorry to hear about that, I would have been devastated if that happened to me. Sensitive things, computers. Good luck with the new set-up, anyway.
I'm interested in starting to play those WORLD OF WARCRAFT games, thats if their available for the MAC. Can imagine getting hooked on that game pretty quickly.
Haven't played those two games you mention here. Maybe I'll get back to you on those in the the future maybe.

Downloaded DEADRISING: CASE ZERO the other night, off xbox live. The game costs 400 microsoft points to download. This game is kind of a "Welcome to Deadrising 2" sort of thing. It's self contained, which means you don't have to play this prologue before DR 2 comes out. It doesn't really matter, if you don't get to play this instalment or not. (Playstation owners).
It's more or less designed to get more new players onto the DR 2 band wagon . It's an introduction to the world of DEADRISING 2, in a way. So don't worry if you don't get to play this, cos it may come as part of a game of the year edition in the future, if your lucky. Graphically, the game is really bright, and colourful, and controls fairly well.
The basic plot consists of the main character Chuck, and his young daughter Katie, getting stranded in a small town, 47 miles from Las Vegas. The town is chock full of zombies, and Chuck needs to find some ZOMBRAX to inject into his daughter (a short term solution to prevent becoming a zombie). And Chuck also needs to find parts for a motorbike that will be used for them to escape from the town on...
The game is caked in blood and gore, with many weapons of choice available. If your a big fan of the original game, and if your a completist, check this out. It's a fun little game, but that said, I'm in no rush to buy a copy of DEADRISING 2. Check it out for yourselves.

Hey Vipco, If your seriously thinking about getting a REACH XBOX360, I would consider pre-ordering one ASAP, cos these things are apparently limited edition/ release date: 14/09/10. If I didn't already have an xbox, I may have gone for one of those myself. It's the latest slim 250GB model too. + 2 REACH controllers + the game.
Theres a video at Bungie.net : Harrison's Mom has got it goin' on. that takes you through all the REACH related games and equipment, including the HALO: REACH console.
The vid is titled, HALO: REACH: Un-boxing.
