Just ordered Embodiment of Evil and The Long Good Friday on blu ray - less then a tenner for both on amazon!  the last film I watched on blu ray was The Incredible Hulk - the first hour or so was great until it descended into the usual CGI mess  . The picture quality was excellent as you'd expect. Some of the shots of the Brazillian favellas at the beginning were stunning.

I love Girly... Actually found myself getting a lot of movies I didn't have on dvd thanks to hardbox madness!  There are not that many new dvd releases of interest to me (used to be different before the "dvd crisis") and I don't buy blu. Ordered a dvd this afternoon and I'm ashamed to say that it was a DVD-R. A widescreen version of The Video Dead. If MGM, or anyone else decides to release it officially, then rest assured, I WILL buy a copy!  Last edited by Stephen@Cult Labs; 3rd May 2010 at 06:46 PM. |

Oh, I quite enjoyed Daybreakers when I saw it in the cinemas - very enjoyable and a nice take on the vampire mythos too.  Just ordered Zombeak from the recommendation of it on the shout box - along with Poultrygeist, I wonder if a new zombie genre is in the making (next to nazi zombies, etc)

| The Hard Way is a very under-rated Hollywood buddy flick, I reckon. Finally got my hands on the Shriek Show Zombie Pack today, despite the best efforts of a volcano, the Royal Mail Parcel Sorting Office and a bank holiday. So that's Zombi 3, Zombie 4: After Death and Zombie 5: Killing Birds. |

hey guys i ordered a ton of dvds from CEX over a week ago and haven't recieved anything ore any emails since the order when through, anyone know why or have had this prob before?
