Pricing in CEX is odd at times, some discs are cheaper to buy new, but at the moment it's so cheap, even Blu(African Queen £5) maybe post Chrimbo quick turn around.

From a Reaper bundle. Also got quite a few Arrow blurays but I already own them so will be selling them on eBay. Would have done the same for Tenebrae but it has the Argento commentary and some excellent looking extras so will be keeping that.
which release of Tenebrae is that?

I'm a bit confused on the 'all on a single disc' vs 'no extras on the 3D version' thing.

Is the 3D film the only thing on one disc and the 2D and extras on another disc? Or are the 3D and 2D versions on the same disc?

The 3D disk apparently has no extras. I'm not sure if the extras are exclusive to DVD or BD, or replicated on both.
