New arrivals...

Devil Eye (2001) (Universe)
Erotic Ghost Story: Perfect Match (1997) (Universe)

Really curious about Cash Chin's (or Larry Chin's as it says on the cover ) 2001 HK horror...will it be more Japanese in style (after the success of Ring) or not?

Just a few short weeks after I watched this in the Filmhouse (Edinburgh International Film Festival) it has been released on German Blu-ray and DVD. Haven't had an opportunity to watch it, but I was taken by the simple yet brilliant cover art.

Not watched THE OCTAGON yet.....
Watched both today and was very impressed with both. I think A FORCE OF ONE just edges it PQ wise but, compared to the old MIA DVD of THE OCTAGON I owned, this blu ray shows a mind-blowing improvement in detail, its possible to see facial features and things like leaves on trees now, and what weapons people are holding, etc

A fine action romp, imagine the A-Team movie but far superior.

Casablanca is my favourite film of all time.

Endlessly watchable, endlessly quotable, brilliantly acted and has real emotional impact every time i watch it.
