I've been meaning to watch A Bittersweet Life for a long time now, seen a few of the directors other films.

The Vengence trilogy is superb. Film making at its finest.

I'm no expert on the subject though. :)

Great minds think alike! I also love just about every film made by Park Chan-wook.

I've always loved Asian films, but haven't seen a great deal outside of the usual ones.

I really like The Story of Ricky, a hilariously over-the-top gorefest from Hong Kong.

Just look around for those old Tartan Asian Extreme DVDs and get a few blind buys, probably a few cheap ones. Miike is my favourite director, mostly his Yakuza movies.

Dead or Alive 1+2 (3 sucks), Agitator, Ley Lines, Rainy Dog, Shinjuku Triad Society, City of Lost Souls, Deadly Outlaw Rekka (from Arrow). His other releases on TAE are awsome also, just a little weird.
