Just popped to the Post Office to collect a parcel containing the following -

The Lords Of Salem- Read differing reports, but I enjoyed the trailer.

Possession- I watched Zulawski's film years ago and found it interesting but confusing. I enjoyed it overall though.

To Live And Die In LA- Don't mean to get all 'Kermodian' on people, but Friedkin is such a good director, I don't think I've ever seen a film of his I haven't enjoyed, I even enjoyed Jade.

The Hunt- Basically shows how a small lie can basically spiral out of control and destroy a mans life. It stars TVs favourite cannibal, Mads Mikkelsen, it really is a great film.
bdc, Metallicbomb and Hawkmonger like this.

Possession, To Live and Die in LA and The Hunt are all superb films. I have the BD of To Live and Die in LA but really want to buy The Hunt and can't wait for the Second Sight Position BD.

Three Colours Trilogy (Blu) in the HMV Blue Cross Sale.

and

Jaws (Blu)
Attack of the Werewolves (Blu)
Chronicle (Blu)

In the buy 3 for £20 offer. Unfortunately I could't find five films I really wanted enough to justify the 5 for £30 offer.

Will be back in the U.K again on June 1st. Hopefully HMV will have restocked by then as I still have a long list of films I want to pick up in the U.K. and, perhaps more importantly for HMV, the cash to buy them.

Back to Germany tomorrow, with a potentially expensive weekend in prospect as a lot of films I want to pick up are released on Friday.

How much out of interest? I still need to pick this up. It regularly seems to get reduced in Zavvi's Mega Mondays, but I can't bare to use them, especially as a boxset if it gets damaged in the post, as their returns process is diabolically bad.
