Have a very happy birthday my friend. Word of advice: don't eat too quickly, you'll only look like y' want t' get 'er 'ome, and brush y' teeth well after t' grub an' before all t' smoochin'!

Good spread; John Wayne & Dana Andrews to Czech new-wave. Impressed and slightly envious.

Anvil: The Story of Anvil is superb. I first saw it without any knowledge of who or what Anvil was, aside from a heavy metal band and was gripped throughout. It's the other side of the coin of Metallica: Some Kind of Monster as they are both brilliant documentaries, but one is about a heavy metal band whose egos are obstructing recording an album and the other is about a band still desperate for fame and fortune.

This is my review of For All Mankind - For All Mankind | Film 365
