Yeah, I've never had any issues with Zoverstocks (or E-stocks as they're known on eBay), sometimes their descriptions are a little off, but that's the chance you take buying second hand goods

I ordered The Fury, Texas Chain Saw Massacre 2 and PIN (ArrowDrome) from the Arrow website yesterday, but about The Night of the Hunter.

I've been for a walk to see how the excellent comicbook shop, "Room 237", is getting on with the move from Elm Grove in Southsea to Albert Road, Southsea. It appears that things are a lot less than "peachy" at the moment as they have one shop with empty shelves and another with fold-up tables groaning with comics! Ah well,

In the Salvation Army Shop I found the wonderful Amicus production "Dr Terrors House of Horrors" for £2 and (drum roll please) "Manimal" the complete series on 3 discs for... wait for it...£1.50.

In a second hand record shop nearby I bought Lugosi's "White Zombie" (£1) and "Batman: The Mystery of the Batwoman" (£2).

From the British Heart Foundation Shop I escaped with "The Devil's Backbone" for £1.99.

When you top that list off with a couple of Farside books for £4 it has been a jolly good day!

But no HK films?
Thanks mate. Have to admit, have not found too many bargains recently HK movie wise. I'm still eyeing up some of the imports from DDD House though; I am planning on buying the cheap UK DVD set of the Bruce Lee movies at some point mostly due to the Shout Factory Blu Ray set looking a bit of a mess sadly.

Edit
Also picked up first two season of burn notice for 1.50 each, never seen it only picked them up because I noticed Bruce Campbell is in it, what it like?

Did a couple of handyman jobs today, so I thought I'd treat myself

* I like it, sue me!
** Yes I'm aware that the ending has been changed on the first film and parts 2 & 3 are supposed to be crap, it was cheap so I'm willing to give it a go
