Its a really good set. I have it and enjoyed all the films except Sundown The Vampire in Retreat.

Fido, Parents and Boy Eats Girl were my personal favourites. Earth Girls are Easy may seem out of place but i really enjoyed it.

Sundown is Bruce Campbell so I will probably enjoy it and fido got billy Connelly so that's good enough

I can imagine!

I saw Kick-Ass 2 at the cinema this morning. It isn't a patch on Matthew Vaughn's 2010 film and the pacing is sluggish at times but it's generally entertaining and worth a watch.

If you do see it, stay until after the credits as there's an extra scene.

I found it a bit too light on horror compared to the others, excluding EGAE as that has no horror.

Bloodless Vampire films are a no no.

Popped into Fopp on my lunch break and bought the following.

La Strada
8 1/2
Breathless ( A Bout De Souffle) - Like Mark Kermode, I actually prefer the Richard Gere film, but it was only £5.
L' Avventura - I've only seen this the once and loved it.
Festen - £3, had to be done.
Nosferatu - Herzog's remake, again only £3.

Just over £30, I just have to find a way to sneak them into the house.

That's very weird. I was thinking about the Richard Gere version yesterday, and how much I preferred it.

After moaning about waiting 3 weeks for Hard Target to arrive from D&T Mailorder, it finally turned up today. Phew!

I only saw the 1983 remake recently for the Mark Kermode film club and enjoyed it, but prefer Jean-Luc Godard's original.
