Went into British Heart Foundation charity shop, had a big box of vhs with a '3 for £1' banner, picked these tapes up...
one of the best pound coins I've ever spent, tho Lady is on my Blu radar, for enjoyment can't beat em, vhs or not.

Some excellent titles there Sawyer.... the Fassbinder sets are really terrific. Have you got the Fassbinder-produced Ulli Lommel-directed Tenderness of the Wolves (1973) ? It makes a great companion film for the Fassbinder films of that era...

Got season 3 of Star Trek tng in the post today. Good timing as I've almost polished off season 2. Plus it's another of the nice plastic hard cases.

Cool. I was just running down thru the episodes of Season 3 and there's some great shows from this era, lots of brilliant writing. Favourites include The Defector, about a renegade Romulan trying to convince Picard about Romulan invasion plans, and the season cliff-hanger The Best of Both Worlds where Picard is captured by the Borg. What a season finale !
