Just back from HMV where I picked up Charlie's Angels on BD and on dvd, the single disc edition of Game Of Death from HKL and..............Baby Boom. :blush:

Didn't watch Easy Rider yet...probably next week. :blush:

Just popped in the new The Innocents blu and have terrible pixellation issues starting in the menu (pieces of film) and also in the film itself.
First time I'm experiencing this and all other BFI blus seem to play fine...
I may have a faulty disc...
Anybody else has this problem?

Watched the BD of The Monster Squad and I was blown away by the quality of the presentation. I've liked this film, silly as it is, ever since catching a late night screening on TV back in the early 90's (when we still all had small, square TVs and a VCR). This disc is reference quality to show what can be done with older films. Thoroughly recommended. Oh, and I can also confirm that the US BD from Lionsgate is region-free. :)
