Special Edition The Handmaiden arrived yesterday, it's beautifully packaged. Nice gold embossing on the slipcase.

I was disappointed not to see any of the infamous vending machines full of bizarre items in Japan. They were all just drinks and snacks, handy but not exciting haha.

I just don't think I was looking in the right places :lol: There is an area by Shinjuku station which is the equivalent of a red light district but we never ventured down that way.
We did see plenty of "DVD Shops" though which is code for porn :lol:
