     Squid and the Whale was from Zoom and the rest from Fopp in Manchester, I spent more than I wanted to but I get paid tomorrow so felt frivolous  If anyone is interested Demoniac has the fully uncut 93(ish) minute version and a cut 66 minute (!!!) version.
