A mix of arrivals over the Christmas and New Year period, some of which were presents. A couple of bank breaking purchases in moments of weakness, Plain Archive's gorgeous edition of Xavier Dolan's Mommy, Synapse's edition of Argento's Suspiria. It's interesting I subconsciously picked it up alongside The House That Screamed and Etoile. Looking forward to digging into the Noir set (I'm only familiar with two), and those Hammer titles (I have a huge Hammer backlog now; with four more from Studio Canal due this month, and another Indicator set the next). I managed to get Joe Hill's Strange Weather signed, he was doing a signing in my local Waterstones, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy, very chatty.

I popped into CEX on my way home because I knew that they had the Clint Eastwood box set, but they also had the recent release of The Haunting for £6 so picked both up. Patti Smith blu was on Amazon for £2.95 on Monday so snapped that up.

Finally upgraded the Leone/Eastwood films at £4.99 from Oxfam, bought two dvd from a mate for £3 and the CDs were from HMV...
