they have a bunch of crazy cult shit on their catalog, but i was really into the xenomorph shirt for my first order.

i just got it in the mail and the quality / detail looks really good.

any of y'all ever order from them?

I've bought a Hausu and Akira t-shirt from them in the past and got stung by a customs bill so I never ordered from them again :( Good t-shirts though. I like that you can choose the shirt colour and not just black.

No fraid I haven't Dem. Like both of Neil Blomkamps previous films though and for a quid I didn't think I could go that far wrong.

Chappie is different to Blomkamp's previous films, but also similar in its aesthetic and the way it deals with an outsider in a dystopian future. I wasn't keen on it when I saw it for the first time, but last time I watched it, I thought it was thought-provoking and engaging. It's probably not as strong as District 9 in the way it immediately grips the viewer, but it stayed with me for a while after it finished and is something I found has, like his other films, benefited from repeated viewings.

Picked up Rawhead Rex and Existenz in hmv 2 for £25, was going to get Death Smiles on a murderer but a fellow cult film fan was ahead of me & literally whipped it off the shelf like it was gold! Bit funny, will get that one next week & pair with Mountain of the Cannibal God. Old Dark House is not in the offer!

It takes a lot to make me laugh out loud, but the episode "Mother Lurch Visits the Addams Family" has a great scene where Morticia poses as a maid and asks Lurch to "Make eyes at her". Really funny.
