And for number 10 i can't find a specific clip, but its from the beach scene in Saving Private Ryan. Medics are frantically trying to patch a severely wounded soldier up amidst the absolute chaos when a stray bullet hits the guy in the head going straight through his helmet. Scene always stuck with me as summing up the madness of the whole thing in a few seconds.

I could go on forever with this so I'm doing a list of 10 which came to mind first! One is from a TV show, with a LOT of death scenes but this one was the most surprising to people who were watching without reading the book first due to some excellent marketing.

8. Suspiria - Hanging
9. There Will Be Blood - Milkshake
10. The Wicker Man - The Wicker Man

They all came close to my list and, come to think of it, the ones from Suspiria and The Wicker Man should probably replace a couple which are there. I may do an amended list later this week when I have had more time to think and look through my collection.
