It's always good to have your worst fears quashed and hopes reinforced – common sense prevails!

The Jaws steelbook is only £17.99 on Amazon at the moment, too.

Universal press stacks of them. I bought five copies of the Scarface steely last year and they're still worth as much as they were on the day of release more than six months later!

If Jaws is also worldwide like Scarface then that'll keep it's value down.

Not if the shark eats half of the stock. Those creatures are sneaky bastards.

The UK edition of RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD will have the original soundtrack:

The Return Of The Original Soundtrack Of THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD Coming To UK Blu-ray From Second Sight!

it is worth noting that this [US Blu-ray], and all of the US releases of this film on DVD have a slightly altered soundtrack. The Tar-man's voice is rerecorded, as is the "send more cops" zombie, and a couple of songs are mixed down or cut, including The Tall Boys "Take a Walk", and The Damned's "Dead Beat Dance". There is also sound editing around another event that might constitute a spoiler, so I won't post it specifically.

Can't remember if it was announced or not, but i'm fairly certain Jaws is getting a re release in 3D.

I was watching this lovely little doco about the restoration of Jaws for Blu Ray:

When at 6:48, during a pan up a stack of brand new negatives, there are some labeled Left Eye and Right Eye.

High Def screencap is attached.
