Yes it was. Even aside from being the re-edited version for English language markets, the BBFC asked for further cuts.

It might have - some releases don't show up on the BBFC site until well after they've been released. Hell, the Eureka releases of the Lone Wolf and Cub films have been out for about 2 years now and they still haven't appeared on the BBFC site!

One of the greatest sci fi films of all time coming out in the UK on june 4th... Dune!



I already have the US disc, but if you don't I recommend picking this up. A classic!

Does anyone know if this is going to be the same edition as the USA 'Mind Bending' edition or whatever they're calling it?
