Hmmm, Criterion now has a page for Michael Mann. Michael Mann - Explore - The Criterion Collection Could this mean Thief will finally receive it's much deserved blu ray debut? I hope so. |

Well, as it's extremely unlikely to be Heat, both Thief and The Keep are viable options which would be warmly welcomed by cult film fans and aficionados alike.

Been meaning to watch Thief for ages, I could hold out a little longer if there's a Criterion on the way.

THIEF is a classic! though to be fair I can't think of any (non-rom-com) film with James Caan in that isn't excellent.

Regardless it's still a day one pre-order for me. Sound's like an astounding release from Redemption. Alas still don't have any of there BD's, I think Goji-kun (teehee!) was keeping a copy of Killer's Moon for me until I muster up the money. Got a few job interview's coming up so i'll probably blow my pay cheque's on Redemption and 88 Film's stuff.
