Well it seems I am able to answer my own question,

apparently they have they same masters but with added colour correction plus the options of the original mono tracks.

I think it could be locked. I believe the rest of those 2 movie sets are. Certainly the When A Stranger Calls / Happy Birthday To Me one is, as I have it.

The When A Stranger Calls / Happy Birthday To Me blu is locked but some Mill Creek blu doubles have been region free.

I don't have any Bruce Lee films on BD, so that set will demand serious consideration.

I'll wait for the individual releases.
Hopefully we'll get some art like Stephen's vhs tapes....

I wouldn't hold out hope. 4 films. Double features more than likely. I think they'll look as bad as these....

I love the box set but the price is a bit steep for me at the minute.
