I personally think the current BD's transfer loses some of the atmosphere the film had, I reckon/hope Dean Cundey will be reinstating it as he has with the new BD of The Fog.

So looks like I won't be getting rid of any of my previous DVD releases, just the anchor bay blu. The transfer wasn't horrid just underwhelming to my eyes. I'll keep the dvd with the full TV cut, the 2-discer 25th anniversary with the feature length documentary and the commentary and the 25 years of terror set as well.

Indeed, all the Capelight media books are DVD size.

I own the US Blu-ray, the 2-disc US DVD (including the TV print) and the four-disc version too!

It's a firm favourite of mine
I have the UK Blu and the ABUS Rubber mask box,but yeah let's see what the ingenius Mr Cundey has come up with!

Tried Amazon.de, no sign of Evil Dead 2 or Re-animator Special Editions!
