The European releases will have no extras (according to one site I've seen), so don't expect those extras that were made for the no-show special edition. I'd wager it'll have a new commentary by Twilight Time for the re-release.

The bonus materials have been available for years and were eventually leaked to the public through less reputable channels that I cannot endorse here. I can say however that they are good.
Given the ltd collectible nature of TT discs I passed up on the previous release as it really felt to me there was no real effort put in. If the new release has all the features then i'll be picking it up.

Glad to here Body Double is getting released elsewhere. Perhaps the rights holder will finally relent and let Arrow release it. They always seem to give DePalma stellar treatment so hopefully we may even get a James white restoration.

Speaking of DePalma. Looks like Scream Factory are releasing PHANTOM OF PARADISE.

They won't, as it's Sony (UK) who own the rights here and they do not sub-license titles to independent UK labels, so I've heard. The only way for Body Double to get released here is if Sony themselves decide to pull their finger out and release it.

Agreed. I was just happy to be able to own it in some kind of form. I never dreamed it would hit Blu, so it's nice to see companies like Scorpion investing in little gems like this.

You wouldn't think they pushed so hard for the format given the piecemeal releasing of films on the format..

Hopefully the company is still slowly going bust...
