I really liked The Pack. Its not populated by stupid teens for a start, and throws a few curveballs into the mix as you go along.

The other one i mentioned- Devil's Rock, is set in the Channel Islands during the second world war, and i really liked that as well.

Some dodgy reviewer has posted them on a website The Pack DVD Review

That's very good to hear. It's one of the main reasons I began to grow tired of newer horror films in the first place!

Thanks for the info, and I'll check out this 'dodgy' reviewer (on checking, you can definitely tell that they're dodgy ).

I've also heard good things about Stake Land, and have added it to my LoveFilm rental queue.
I agree they all are amazing.
Stake Land is one of the best indie vamp flicks I have seen in a LONG time.

I suppose it does, and I agree: it is a great film.

I'm glad you're joking, otherwise there would be no choice but to hand out severe punishment!

I put off watching it for a while, too (first saw it last year). All I can say is, I wish I had watched it sooner!

I personally think LTROI is over rated, it's good but not as good as I thought it would be. Perhaps I should give it another go now that it's hype free, except here.
