I really enjoyed it. Once it got going i taught it had a lot of creepy atmosphere and imagery.

The Hooper one is a re-make in name only!

They are pretty much unrelated, I'd say

True, and one of the reasons I enjoyed the hooper film! :)

I also really like it and rate it very highly. It isn't quite as intense as Inside, but the atmosphere and escalating tension, combined with a really interesting story, makes for great viewing.

Few recent watches haven't been films, but documentaries all revolving around the creation of albums, trying to get inspired for future projects in the studio

Love how Kirk is always trying to stop James and Lars from being complete assholes

2 hour documentary on the making of Death Magnetic, once again I feel sorry for Kirk as Lars tells him how to play an instrument he can't play himself. If it was me, I'd tell him to **** off back to Denmark

Wish they'd do one for In Utero because I wanna know how the Hell they got the drums to sound so Goddamn awesome!

One of my favourite albums

Not a documentary as such, but it does contain fake footage of the creation of Dark Side of the Moon, plus the version of Echoes is phenomenal on this

Rush Beyond the Lighted Stage is a fantastic documentary Rik. If you like Rush that is

Yeah, I heard that the blu rays are grain free and do not look like the gritty films they are supposed to be. Stick with the DVDs is the word !
I have A Fistful Of Dollars and For A Few Dollars More on 2 disc special edition DVD and The Good, The Bad And The Ugly on single disc as I wanted the original cut instead of the extended version. All look great upscaled on my blu ray player. No need to upgrade :yo:

I've not seen that one yet, my guitar sparring partner in my main band is a huge fan and he's forever telling me to watch it, I'll have to see if he'll let me borrow it.

Well worth a watch and for such amazing musicians they are so down to earth people.

Yeah, that's how I feel about Maiden. Incedently, we sometimes "play" Spirit of Radio at gigs, I use the term play very loosely
